Amanda lives with her to beloved children: Laura and Tom. Amanda clings to life as she wishes it was. She doesen’t accept life or her children as they really are. Laura has a fragility that jeeps her from walking reside being emotionally inmature. Tom is a poet that must work in a factory to support his family. The play tells the everyday of this family. Amanda whats to find a husband for Laura while Tom plans to introduce Jim as a candidate for his sister. Fragile characters, like the crystal figures Laura collects.
